About us
We are currently a team of two bookkeepers with a third bookkeeper ready and waiting for those particularly busy times. We are a very professional team and strive to keep our customers happy at all times. We are based in Broadstone but will cover a 15 mile radius of this area. We cover Broadstone, Poole, Canford Heath, Corfe Mullen, Wimborne, Verwood, and Bournemouth to name just a few. We work from home so our overheads are low and we are able to pass the cost saving on to you.
About me
I qualified as an Accountant over 10 years ago. Having seen first hand the difference a bookkeeper can make; I thought it was important to set up a company that could provide a complete bookkeeping service. Being a qualified accountant myself the accounts will be produced to such a high quality that your accountant will have very little to do and in turn may even reduce their fee.
Bookkeeping
There are lots of different areas of bookkeeping that people like assistance with; we can do it all for you or just the areas that cause you a headache. We can charge either by the hour or by a fixed monthly fee.

Computerised records
We like to do our bookkeeping by computerised means; we find that it is much quicker this way (saving you money). Computerising your records means that we can produce reports for you at the push of a button, allowing you to see how your business is doing on a month by month or quarterly basis rather than waiting until your annual accounts are produced or your tax return due. We would be able to analyse your data in various ways. Bookkeeping Express can produce a list of outstanding debtors or creditors each month; we can send your customers statements showing the amount that they owe you.
By using computerised books we are able to provide your accountants with a copy of the books which they will be able to import into their system.
